The Mississippi River Lodge is located right on the Mississippi River, our vacation home gives you abundant views of wildlife, including many species of birds from small finches & humming birds, to the American Bald Eagle and the Great White Pelican. Nature is literally "OUT OUR BACK DOOR" where the Mississippi River is a haven for all kinds of wildlife.

Two large picture windows and a six foot sliding patio door, give you the most awe-inspiring views of the Mississippi River, the Iowa bluffs, sunsets and even sunrises. If you are a morning person, sitting on the huge 13 X 34 deck sipping your morning coffee just does not get any better. Or if you really like to "LAZE", just lay there in bed in one of the three river-facing bedrooms and look out over the river through the large Pella windows. It's all here for your enjoyment.
